Staff you can rely on, when you need them
Temporary cover and permanent recruitment for nurseries across West London & North Surrey, from people who’ve worked on the nursery floor themselves.
We help when staffing gets in the way of good care
Sickness and last-minute absence
A practitioner calls in sick at 7am and your ratios are suddenly tight. Ring us and we’ll start looking straight away.
Holidays and planned leave
Book cover for school holidays, annual leave or training days ahead of time, so the rota is sorted before it’s a problem.
Keeping ratios safe
We tell you each person’s qualification level before they arrive, so you know exactly how they count in your rooms.
Roles that are hard to fill
Room leaders, SENCos, Level 3 practitioners and managers can take months to find. We keep looking while you run your nursery.
Two ways we can help
How it works
Step 1: Tell us what you need
Call us or fill in the short request form: the role, dates, hours and anything we should know about your setting.
Step 2: We find the right match
We look at experience, qualifications and travel, then confirm who’s coming and when.
Step 3: Your staff member arrives
They turn up on time, ready to join your team. Afterwards, tell us how it went so we keep getting it right.
Why nurseries choose us
- Led by Mara, with over 20 years working in nurseries
- We understand ratios, room routines and the EYFS

- Enhanced DBS certificate (children’s barred list)
- Two references, including the most recent employer
- Qualification certificates, checked against the DfE early years qualifications list
- Proof of the right to work in the UK
- Paediatric first aid certificate, where held
Rates
Every nursery is different, so we don’t publish a price list. Our rates depend on the role, qualification level and notice period. Get in touch and we’ll send them over with no obligation.
Questions nurseries ask
What kind of staff can you provide?
Nursery assistants, Level 2 and Level 3 practitioners, room leaders, deputy managers, managers, early years teachers, SENCos, nursery cooks and apprentices — for temporary cover or permanent roles.
Which areas do you cover?
We work with nurseries across West London & North Surrey, including Twickenham, Teddington, Hampton, Richmond, Isleworth, Hounslow, Feltham, Molesey, Sunbury-on-Thames and Ashford.
How do you check your staff?
Before anyone works in your nursery we ask for an enhanced DBS certificate, two references, their qualification certificates and proof of their right to work in the UK. We’re happy to share what we’ve seen before they start.
How much do you charge?
It depends on the role, the qualification level and whether it’s temporary or permanent. Get in touch and we’ll give you our rates — no obligation.
Do we have to sign up before asking for staff?
No. Call us or send a request and we’ll talk you through how we work and our terms before anyone is booked.
Need cover or a new team member?
Send us a request in a couple of minutes, or just give us a call.
