Step 1: Call or send a request
Tell us the role, the dates, the shift times and the qualification level you need. For same-day cover, calling is quickest.
Step 2: We confirm who’s coming
We match someone suitable and send you their name, qualification level and arrival time.
Step 3: They join your team for the day
Your temp arrives on time and gets stuck in. If you’d like the same person again, just ask.

Questions about temporary cover
How quickly can you send someone?
Call us as early as you can and we’ll tell you straight away whether we can help. The more notice we have, the better the match — but we know sickness doesn’t book ahead.
Can we have the same person each time?
Where we can, yes. Familiar faces are better for children and for your team, so if someone works well with you, tell us and we’ll try to send them back.
Will temporary staff count in our ratios?
That depends on their qualification. We tell you each person’s level before they arrive, so you can plan your rooms with confidence.
What’s the shortest booking you take?
